Hi there, you need to score 40 percent marks in LPUNEST. Majority of the students are able to do that. There is no reason why would you not be able to do that when you have scored more than 60 percent marks in qualifying exam.

LPU NEST is an entrance test conducted by LPU for admission in various programs. It aims to check how far the concepts from the previous qualification are clear. Those who have studied honestly will be able to make it. Don't you worry, the syllabus of LPUNEST is all that you have studied in your previous qualification? As per my knowledge, in the first step of revarification itself, the recalculation of marks is done, then how is it possible that there remains a discrepancy. It must have already been rectified by now. Or if the procedure was dfferent this year, let me know about it in the comment section.

So, in case the problem you have told is correct, you need to ask yourself if you are very confident that you should have scored more. And yes, after reevaluation, marks do increase, you may get more marks, but definitely you will lose those 5 marks in case they have been incorrectly added. You may show your answersheet copy to an experienced teacher of your school or coaching. He/she can guide you aout the answers and their correctness. The quality and content of answers, proper diagrams, clarity and presentation of answers are the factors of evaluation of answers. So, go for it only if you are really sure about it and do tell me about the recalculation step, if it was there or not.

This question is a bit tricky. The factors on which the cut off will depend on including the number of candidates, the number of vacant seats, marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance test cut off of last year. Vidhi, If your result shows you are passed and cleared the passing criteria of exam so read the passing criteria and match with your score and LPUNEST rank not matters this test is basically use for your entry and for Scholarship you score high you will get more Scholarship means you can say if you want to reduce your fees load and hostel accommodation then give this again by pay their fees and score high otherwise if you don't want scholarahip you can take admission with low score also.

As per the rule , you can avail scholarship based either on previous qualification or your performance in LPUNEST exam. Phase 2 scholarship will start from today. i.e. 1st June and scholarship slabs will be reduced for all Type 2 programmes.
