BBAU Lucknow has signed MoUs with 13 different University/Institutes and organisations including Integral University, Lucknow, CSIR-NBRI, Lucknow, NIPER, Hyderabad, Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana, Bengaluru, Indian Institute of Technology, B.H.U., Varanasi, CSIR-CIMAP, Lucknow, Inter University Accelerator Centre, New Delhi, Centre of Bio-Medical Magnetic Resonance, Lucknow, Industrial Toxicology Research Centre, Lucknow, CSIR - CDRI, NIPER, Raebareli, National Bureau of Fish Genetic Resource, Lucknow, Sant Kabir Academy, UP, Research for Resurgence Foundation and KMCLU, Lucknow.

About 16 schools are functioning under BBAU Lucknow which are namely; Ambedkar School of Social Sciences, School of Management and Commerce, School of Earth & Environmental Sciences, School of Agriculture Sciences & Technology, School of Home Science, School of Life Sciences, School of Legal Studies, School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, School of Information Science & Technology, School of Physical & Decision Science, School of Languages and Literature, School of Education, School of Media and Communication, University Institute of Engineering & Technology, Centre's & Institute, Satellite Centre (Amethi).

 A total of 92 students have been placed (till Nov 2021) and the highest package offered till now stands at Rs. 8.5 LPA during Lucknow University Engineering placements 2022.
