For MBBS student in TS Mishra Medical College AMUISI ANORA, Uttar Pradesh which is a private medical college and was established in the year of 2015 and had the all facilities like libraries Wi-Fi hostel environmental study and well maintained classrooms and well educated and student oriented faculties. Hindi college if your home is near college you will not be allotted a hostel seat but if you stay for a from the college you have to take a hostel will be a definite good decision. Because at home there is many disturbance for study d in general but if you stay in hostel the study will be very much compact and fruitful because there is group discussion advantage are available anytime library facilities and Wi-Fi facilities to going ahead with your studies better.

Yes, Indira Gandhi Sahkari Prabandh College and Indira Gandhi Institute of Cooperative Management(IGICM), Lucknow are same.
This institute offers 60 seats for MBA Programme and also 85 seats for Diploma courses. Annual Fees for 2 year MBA programme is approximately 1.2 Lakhs Annually and annual fees of 50 thousand for 1 year diploma course.

I would recommend you to go for ece in biet Jhansi as the colleges above neither comes in tier 2 or tier 3 colleges so it would be better if you take higher branch in lower cut offs colleges.
Apart from this in terms of placements and faculty iet lucknow is on a better place but you are getting civil or electrical so it is better to join non branch in biet Jhansi.
Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
