Lucknow
Dear Paras,
Your rank would be around 2.3l akhs according to your percentile, you can check it by yourself through this link.
https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-rank-predictor
As you know that, this is the first time AKTU is going to take admission through JEE mains score earlier they take their own exam for the counselling and admission. So no one have the previous record on the basis of which we can tell you the range for the admission in IET Lucknow.
Through UPSEE the mechanical cutoff of IET was around 7-8K and you need to come under the rank of 4K for the CSE for SC candidate, so from here you can estimate that you need some good rank to get into this college, most probable if you come under the rank of 1.5 Lakhs (for the SC candidate only) then there might be chance that you can get the mechanical branch here.
Hope you find it useful, Good luck :)

Hi,
KGMU Medical College, Lucknow offers many more courses than Kolkata Medical College.
KGMU has spacious playgrounds & sports area that Kolkata Medical College lacks.
KGMU has a very beautiful heritage building but the hostels & the classrooms provided are not that modernized which can be a problem whereas Kolkata Medical college has fantastic labs & classrooms & the hostel rooms are pretty decent.
The educators in the both the institutions are top-notch & very knowledgeable & educated.
Food is hygienic & tasty in both the places & there are adequate food available.
There's no placement opportunities in Kolkata Medical College but KGMU offers recruiters for students of all the courses.
These are few points to consider which college is better between the two. Hopefully, you got some clarity.
