Usually for MA International Relations, its eligibility criteria is passed Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with 50% or above aggregate (depending upon the norms of the university). You can definitely pursue this course with economics or law background, although political science background maybe perhaps be

Master's and a doctorate degree is usually necessary to work in this field. It will be easier for you to get the degrees and work in this field because you already have a psychology background.

no i don't think you can get admissions on merit base only. ou have to appear in the du pg admission entrance test .however at 72% you are eligible for entrance exam and also you will get preference since you were from du
