Yes you may pursue ma in economics even not doing graduation in economics. The minimum eligibility criterion required for a Masters degree is 50% aggregate in Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

But note that some colleges do ask for Economics people only for admissions in ma in Economics. Basically it differs from college to college. 

Admission to M.A. Economics is offered by many colleges and universities all over India generally through entrance exams for the full-time course. However, open universities like IGNOU provide admission on merit basis.

 MA English Teaching is offered through distance mode at NSOU, course fee is 7,600 and eligibility criteria is Graduate with English/Linguistics and having studied at least 300 marks in either of the above mentioned subjects sucessfully.

You can visit the official website of NSOU for more information, this is a newly introduced/approved course, and admission had already taken place in January of 2019 according to the notification published in its website, you can visit the site regularly to keep yourself updated with latest admission news.

Another university is Potti Sreeamulu Telgu University, Telangana. that offers MA English Language Teaching through distance mode.

In ELFU, there're certificate and diploma courses provided for English Language Teaching through distance mode.

There are quite a good number of reputed universities like AMU, Gauhati University, EFLU that offers this course through regular mode, you can try in any of these as well.

No, it doesn't. Distance learning program don't offer such facilities.But it also depends on the distance between your residence and the institute, and also, if you've paid fees for the cafeteria facilities.

For pursuing MA in English in Delhi University, candidates must have obtained a minimum of 60% marks in the qualifying examination. Reserved category candidates like OBC/SC/ST/PwD need to have 55% marks only.

Entrance test will be conducted for those candidates having completed B.A Honours in (English) from Delhi University with a minimum of 45% marks.

In order to pursue MA in Statistics, a two year course offered by many universities you need graduate with a minimum score of 50%. After that, you will have to clear their entrance exam too. However, if your score is really good a few universities like Delhi University offer direct admission.
