Yes you can pursue m.com, eligibility required is to pass graduation with 50%. After doing m.com you will have two postgraduation degree.

It depends on the eligibility criteria of each college which may differ from other colleges. Secondly, Colleges usually offers admission to the one having Bachelors degree in related branch(Psychology) when it comes for MA Psychology Course.
