It might be a little difficult due to two reasons:

The entrance tests are conducted on Eco Hons BA syllabus.

Most colleges ask for your graduation percentage in Eco hons BA.

The eligibility criteria for admission in MA Political Science is that a candidate must have a bachelor's degree in social sciences and humanities under 10+2+3 pattern of education with atleast 50% marks Or a Bachelor's degree in Science and Technology discipline with atleast 55% marks.

UPRTOU has not mentioned any minimum percentage eligibility criteria, its just mentioned that, candidate must be graduate feom a recognised university.

So I think that you might get eligible for UPRTOU.
