Hello there ,
Hope you are doing well . See , from your marks you seem to be on the borderline for getting a government medical college through State quota counselling in Madhya Pradesh.
In 2021, the cutoffs are expected to be somewhat similar to last year's or may increase marginally. In 2020 , the cutoff score for an SC category student in order to get a government medical seat in Madhya Pradesh through State quota counselling was 425 with a closing AIR of 157547 and the college allotted was Government Medical College, Shivpuri .
You are advised to go through the Counselling process properly till the last round and carefully fill the choices of colleges . You might get a government medical seat or can go for private seats as well if the former doesn't happen .
Also , you can easily get government seats for BDS or Ayush or BVSc at this score .You can go for it if you wish to .
And if you want to pursue MBBS from a government medical college only then I'll suggest you start preparing for NEET 2022 now .
Further ,
You can have details of the colleges you can get into based on your NEET AIR and category both through AIQ and SQ of your state from the link given below :

Hope my answer helped.
NEET 2021 results have been declared by the National Testing Agency NTA.
To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every depending upon several factors such as-
• Number of applicants in NEET exam
• NEET question paper difficulty level
• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result
• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021
NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-
• General /EWS- 50th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile
• General-PwD - 45th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile
Marks wise cut off is as following-
• General - 720-138
• OBC/SC/ST - 137-108
• Gen PwD - 137-122
• (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD - 121-108
Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs for colleges is expected to increase compared to last year.
See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year.
According to previous year data (2020) for state counseling for Government Medical College in Madhya Pradesh lowest cutoff for GMC for SC category candidate was in Government Medical College, Shivpuri with All India Rank - 1,57,547 with marks 425.

Among the options given by you, I would say that you should go for Goverment Medical College, Datia as it is a government college that is best in all aspects. It has a good infrastructure and facilities which are very much better than Shivpuri Nd Shahdol. The faculty and teachers here are very supportive and experienced. They teach very well and inspire you a lot. The fees of all the colleges is almost the same. The overall best college is definitely Datia.
