I passed my 12th in 2021 from maharashtra board and also get my result , which code i have to fill in exam qualification code .

rajeevanand843 4th Oct, 2021

Hello aspirant

As you have passed your 12th standard and also got your result you should fill code 2 in applications form.

NEET 2021 examination code 2:

  • Candidates who have completed a period of 12 years under Higher/Secondary examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination (ISCE), which is equivalent to Class 10+2 can opt for code 2. However, the last two years of study must include English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, or Mathematics or any other elective as a major subject as prescribed by the National Council of Education Research and Training (NCERT).
  • Aspirants who have passed 10+2 from the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) or state open school, as a private candidate from state boards; with Biology/Biotechnology as an additional subject can apply under NEET qualification code 2.
  • Who can also apply code 2: It should also be noted that the qualifying examination code for NEET 2021 for droppers will also be the same. For instance, a candidate has passed the qualifying examination from CBSE/ISCE or any state board in the year 2018, but wish to appear for NEET 2021, he/she can apply for the exam with Code 2.

I am currently in 12th and next year I will give my 12th board exam so should I have to fill UG admission form or I have to fill it next year. Maharashtra board. Thank you

Atul Singh 2nd Oct, 2021

Dear Student,

Every application form comes in the month between february to may and in the same time period you will give your boards exam.

So this is the time where you need to apply the application form of your course as a appearing student, and then only you will be eligible  to take admission in any of the college of your course.

you can fill these application as a appearing students when you are in 11th or 10th but in  further round you will be disqualified because they will ask you to submit your 12th marksheet at the time of counselling.

You you have to fill all the application form in the last of your 12th class or after passing 12th class.

Good luck :)

I have not applied for iiser aptitude test but I have board marks 95.50 in maharashtra board . can I apply now through board marks

TECHIO SAYAN 30th Dec, 2021

Hi,

The detailed eligibility criteria for IISER APTITUDE TEST with respect to application by board marks are:

1. The candidate must have marks within the category-wise cut-off above for their respective Class XII (or equivalent) Board examination for being eligible to get admission to IISERs.

2. For candidates who appeared in the Class XII (or equivalent) Board examination for the first time in 2020 and reappeared in any subject (for whatsoever reason) in 2021, the better of two performances will be considered.

3. If a Board gives aggregate marks considering both Class XI and Class XII examinations (in the 10+2 system), then only Class XII marks will be considered. If a Board gives aggregate marks considering the results of all three years of a 3-year diploma or courses of equivalent duration, then only the marks scored in the final year will be considered. Similarly, for boards which follow a semester system, the marks scored in the final two semesters will be considered.

4. If a Board awards only letter grades without providing an equivalent percentage of marks on the grade -sheet, the candidate should obtain a certificate from the Board specifying the equivalent marks and submit it before the deadline of the mark-sheet submission. In case such a certificate is not provided by the Board, meeting minimum eligibility criteria will be assessed as follows: If CGPA/CPI is reported on any scale other than 10 (for example, 4 points or 8 points scale), an equivalent CGPA/CPI will be calculated as per the following formula: CGPA/CPI in a 10 point scale = (CGPA/CPI Obtained×10)/PS. Finally, the marks will be linearly scaled out of 500.

Hope it helps.

Hello im an Maharashtra board student i have completely wasted my 11. Im currently in 12th but due to online lectures i am not able to study good , plus i want to give NEET examination so can i start now and score good in both boards as well as neet????

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 19th Aug, 2021

Hi

Yes, even if you start from now you can score well in both boards and neet examination and don't worry there are many students who start their preparation for Neet examination in class 12th only and not only prepare qualify Neet examination with good rank and get into good Medical Colleges as well ,you can do the same, you just need to be honest and dedicated towards your preparation and be consistent in the remaining time you have towards your studies. Also, don't worry about your online classes for boards, because studies for board examination is not going to hamper your neet preparation, rather it complements it ,because neet syllabus is also basically the syllabus of 11 th and 12th pcb i. e same as your board. The only difference is neet is objective. So, just make sure that you practice mcqs.

Follow the below tips to prepare well for your Neet examination :-

-------) Go through each chapter and while studying the chapter, your major focus should be on understanding the concepts .

The top books which you can follow for the preparation of your NEET  examination  are provided below:-

PHYSICS :-

  • NCERT Physics textbooks for Class XI and XII

  • Objective Physics for neet By DC Pandey

  • NCERT at your fingertips by mtg for physics

CHEMISTRY :-

  • NCERT Chemistry textbooks for Class XI and XII

  • Physical Chemistry by OP Tandon

  • MS Chauhan (Organic)

BIOLOGY:-

  • NCERT Biology Class XI and Class XII "-

  • NCERT at your fingertips by mtg for biology

  • Trueman's biology for 11th and 12th

-------) Practice questions:- after finishing each chapter you should practice numericals and mcqs .You should practise at least 80 to100 numericals and mcqs in Each chapter to master concepts so that you can solve numericals and MCQs easily.

-------) Short breaks :- take short breaks in between your studies, studying continuously can be brain tiring and it becomes difficult to focus and study with concentration, so take breaks to relax and refresh your brain.

-------) Make short notes:- You should make chapterwise short notes for each chapter and it should contain all the important concepts and formulas. These short notes will be a great revision tool for your examination.

-------) Set  goals :- set daily goals like I have to cover these many topics today, weekly goals like I have to  cover these chapters this week and  solve their mcqs too by the end of this week and similarly set monthly goals to cover the syllabus and meet them without any fail.

-------) Follow a routine or timetable :- you can make a routine and religiously follow it and try to give at least 7- 8 hours to study each day in your routine.

  • PHYSICS is the  toughest part for most of the medical aspirants  as it has both numericals and concepts to deal with ,so keep at least 3 hours each day for physics

  • In Chemistry you have to deal with reactions and learn them and solve questions as well, so give at least 2.5 hours to Chemistry

  • In biology you have to read, learn and revise again and again, so keep around 2.5 hours for Biology.

-------) Revise:-  revise your concepts,  formulas etc at regular intervals  . Revision is very important otherwise as you move forward in your syllabus, you start forgetting the concepts you have learned before and you won't be able to perform well in your examination.

-------) Solve previous year NEET question  :- Solving previous year questions will let you know the examination pattern, type of questions asked in the exam and difficulty level of questions, also concepts  of the questions often gets repeated so it will be of great help to you . You can get previous year papers at https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-question-papers

-------) Go through NEET mock test papers :- Once you are done with your complete syllabus solve mock test papers as it will let you know your preparation level .After solving each mock test paper, analyse yourself which will help you to know your weak areas /topics  so that you can work on them and them strong so that you can perform well in your examination.

To prepare well you can go for our neet program at the convenience of your home, the link for the same is provided below :-
