Maharashtra Board
Hello Aspirant,
Yes it is allowed . As far as your handwriting is clear and legible ,you do not have to worry about anything . Write ij your own style and however it is comfortable for you. Just make sure you leave enough space between individual points or paragraphs to avoid a clumsy look. To see all the exam related instructions and guidelines you can better visit the official website. Anyways most important instruction is to not forget to take you hall ticket on the exam day, reach the exam hall at least 30 minutes prior to the exam to avoid anxiety and to stay away from malpractice. Also in case you get confused about an answer or you happen to not know the answer ,do not panic , just calm yourself and think for sometime , in case you still do not get it , proceed with the other question and it will pop up some how . But whatsoever, do not leave any question ,write what you know ,because every single mark counts.

Hello Inder,
See it does not matter what name format you have used in your boards because different boards and competitive examinations have different input formats for entering name but the name remains same. So the actual name format is same as mentioned in your AADHAR card which is issued by UIDAI so whenever a name would be asked to you in any application form for any competitive examination just write the actual name for e.g. if your father's name is Arun Kumar then you have to write it as Arun Kumar until and unless you are asked to enter the names in any specified format.
I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!

Hello,
You should score minimum 75% aggregate marks if you belong to general category and 65% aggregate marks if you belong to SC/ST category in class 12th or be in top 20 percentile to be eligible to get admission in IITs/NITs/IIITs. The respective boards will declare the top 20 percentile. Percentile is the percentage of candidates who scored equal or less than you. It is difficult to indicate if you are in top 20 percentile or not. But by calculating the marks scored in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English and Hindi the total percentage is 59%. Marks scored in 5 subjects are considered. Considering the percentage you have scored you are not eligible to get admission in NIT or IIIT regardless of your category.
