rajeevanand843 15th Dec, 2020

Dear aspirant

Maharashtra board haven't realised the 20 percentile marks for 2020 as this year was relaxation given to jee mains candidate due to covid 19 pandemic. Maharashtra board may realise the 20% percentile marks for 2020 as the relaxation had been not given for 2021 session.

Top 20 percentile means that you'll have to be one of the top 20% students of your board.

Top 20 percentile of

2016 -79.5%

2017 -77.9%

2018 -77.6%

2019 -68.2%

so top 20% percentile will depend on various factors like topper marks this year, difficulty level of question paper, candidate appearance etc

hope this information helps you

Zeenat Saba 25th Nov, 2020

Hii,

If the names in both the Marksheet of 10th and 12th is same then probably it will not going to create any problems while taking admission in NIT or IIT.

since for admission and any other procedure of admission the Names which is written in 10th marksheet will be taken.

So i think it will not going to create any problem.

Hope this will help you,

All the very best!!

how maharashtra board students write fathers name when ask during jee form filling. they write father name with surename or with out surename because in maharashtra board students name is written with father name

Shrishty sahu 8th Nov, 2020
Dear student,
In jee form you can write your father's name first, then your mame and then your surname. This would be the right pattern to write your name. Put father's name in first place then in the second place your name and in the third place your surname which are there in your 10th and 12th marksheet.

In maharashtra board father name is written with students name ex my name is written as VERMA ABHISHEK RAMAPATI. how should I write my father name while jee form filling

According to Jee, you must enter your father's name exactly as it appears in your 10th and 12th grades (if you are a dropper) or as it appears on your adhar card. As a result, you must put 'Abhishek' first, followed by your surname. You may also email them; their contact information is provided on the contact us part of the main Jee website. I hope this information is useful.
