Actually I got 78%in jee I am Gen-EWS students I got 70% in maharashtra board any government college for me

mail2ankit04 17th Jul, 2020
Hello aspirant

It seems very rare that you could get admission to any government engineering college at a score of 78 percentile in JEE main.

You also need to check whether you fall under the top 20 percentile bracket of your respective board or not as failing to meet this eligibility criteria you won't get admitted to any government engineering college through JoSAA counselling.

This "minimum 75% in boards" criteria has been removed by MHRD for this year's  JEE Advanced.

All the best.

I Am domicile of telangana and studied upto 5th class here. but passed 10th,12th from maharashtra board. am i eligible for 85%state quota in telangana NEET. please help me..

Rishi Garg 12th Jul, 2020

No, you are not eligible for home state quota in Telangana. Home state quota applies on the basis of state of eligibility which is the state where the candidate has pursued his class 12th studies.

In your case, your state of eligibility is Maharashtra and hence you will only be eligible for home state quota of Maharashtra and not telangana.

Hope this helps.

Am Domicile of telangana state and passed 10th,12th from maharashtra board? which is my state quota for neet????

Prateek Dinkar 12th Jul, 2020

Heyy

You're eligible for the states but Telangana is your native place. So you will get all benefits in Telangana and you've studied from Maharashtra Board so you're eligible to appear for any State Entrance test in Maharastra and you'll have that only provision. You have to apply for General Category only and you'll get that much benefit there.

Hope this will help you.
