According, to previous year cut off in order to get top colleges through MHT CET you should try to score more then 150 marks in your MHT CET exam.
Cut off marks varies as per the branches as well.

DTE Maharashtra will publish the MHT CET 2018 cutoff for each of the CAP rounds. The cutoff of MHT CET 2018 will be released separately for both All India candidates and Maharashtra candidates. Also, the MHT CET cutoff 2018 will be segregated by category and institute.
