If the desired exam centres are not available in the drop-down list then you have to choose the given exam centres. If the desire exam centre is not given in the drop-down list that means that there is no centre for the entrance exam at the particular place.

No, you don't have to undergo document verification before the exam. First you have to qualify in the entrance exam, and if you manage to qualify, you have to register for counselling. It is only post registration that you have report at a facilitation centre for document verification.
