The appropriate entrance test for BBA admissions in Maharashtra, including to prestigious universities, is the MAH BBA CET.  It won't assist with BBA admissions if you took the MHT CET, which is for engineering, pharmacy, and agriculture.  Since admission to BBA programs in Maharashtra colleges is now required, you must take the MAH BBA CET.
