Well done You have scored 56.83% overall and 51% in English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology combined in your 2024 state board exams. Along with this, you scored 79 marks in the MHT CET exam. Based on your marks, you may get admission into courses like B.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or Agriculture in private colleges. Some private colleges may also offer you a seat in B.Pharmacy. You can also consider paramedical or allied health science courses. Getting a seat in government colleges might be difficult, but private options are available.

what if a student get 38 marks in biology,47 in physics,58 in chemistry pcb group,is he qualifying for MHT CET and NEET

mjaisinghani62 21st May, 2024

Hello aspirant

Sorry to say but you are nor eligible for neet and mht cet as your pcb score is less than 50%.

To be eligible for appearing Neet ( also cet ) The candidate must have passed class xii with minimum 50% marks in physics, chemistry and biology.

Now you have got 38 in biology , 47 in physics and 58 in chemistry so your  total pcb score is 38 + 47 + 58 = 143

143 is less than 150 hence doesn't qualify.

My Father lives in Maharashtra but I have done 10th and 12th from Gujarat. Am I eligible to apply for government colleges through MHCET ?

Nitin Kumar 8th Jun, 2024

Yes, you are likely eligible to apply for government colleges through MHCET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) based on your father's domicile in Maharashtra.  MHCET typically considers domicile, not necessarily place of study (10th and 12th) for eligibility. If your father has a bonafide domicile in Maharashtra, you can benefit from this criteria.

A domicile certificate issued by a competent authority in Maharashtra for your father is often required.Documents like Aadhar card or ration card with a Maharashtra address for your father might be needed as proof of residence.
