Maharashtra AAC Common Entrance Test
The MHT CET marks and ranks for computer engineering courses vary by college and category. For instance, in 2023, at prestigious colleges such as VJTI Mumbai, the cutoff for Computer Engineering was approximately 99th percentile, which corresponds to a mark range of 150–160. Additionally, for admission into engineering colleges like VIT Pune, marks above 120 typically resulted in a percentile of 98 or higher.
These scores are indicative of the competition in top colleges; however, the exact marks required will depend on the specific college and category you're applying for. You can refer to percentile and rank calculators or MHT CET results from previous years to estimate the chances of admission to various institutions

If you missed your MHT CET exam on 3rd May 2024, unfortunately, you cannot take it again this year. The exam is conducted only once a year, and there is no re-exam for missed papers unless you had a valid reason and the officials allow a retest (which is very rare). You can try contacting the MHT CET helpdesk to explain your situation. Otherwise, you’ll need to wait for next year’s exam to apply again.

The eligibility criteria for MHCET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) can be based on domicile rather than place of birth. MHCET often considers domicile, not necessarily the place of birth, for exam eligibility. Since your son has completed his entire school education in Maharashtra, this might strengthen his case for domicile in the state. Overall, while being born in Canada might not be a direct disqualifier, having completed his schooling in Maharashtra strengthens his case for domicile in the state. By gathering documents to prove his residence and referring to the official MHCET website or helpline, your son can get a clearer picture of his eligibility for the exam. https://www.careers360.com/exams/mht-cet I hope it helps!
Here are some considerations:
1 Closer to the Exam Date: As the exam date approaches, you may want to taper off on mock tests to allow time for revision and rest. Typically, students stop taking full-length mock tests around 1-2 weeks before the exam date.
2 Assessing Readiness: If you consistently perform well and feel confident in your preparation, you may feel comfortable stopping mock tests earlier. However, if you're still struggling with certain topics or sections, it might be beneficial to continue taking mock tests until you feel more confident.
hope this helps you,
For B. Pharma admission through MHT CET, the required marks typically depend on factors like the difficulty level of the exam, the number of applicants, and the cutoff trends of the specific institution. While it can vary, a general range would be around 100–120 marks out of 200 to increase your chances of getting into a good college, including Sir MHT CET. To get more precise information, check with the official MHT CET guidelines or visit the college's admission portal.
