The validity of most undergraduate entrance exams are one year. This is the case with MHT-CET also. The MHT-CET score whatever it is its validity expires after one year. You have to attend the MHT-CET again if you want to get admission next year. Like wise if you want

The amount for registration For SAAR APPLICATION  is just 42rupeees.

Yes you can use the birth certificate instead of nationality certificate for uploading it on Saar portal.

Birth certificate consist of the place of birth, which is state and then the country which is the  nationality mentioned over there. So you can make sure to add it on
