COEP's cutoff will be of a higher order. I would suggest you go through the last year cutoffs of the first round of CAP Process on the following link.

There is no specific answer for the marks needed to get admission to PharmD, as different colleges have different cutoffs.

I would suggest, you go through the last year cutoffs for Pharm D.

Getting 76 marks in MH CET won't fetch you any good government college. You have to look for some alternative colleges to pursue your course. But you can still wait for the merit list as the cutoff is very uncertain and nothing can be said as of now.
