Maharashtra AAC Common Entrance Test
As per the DTE Maharashtra guidelines, from 2017 the admission to all private and non-autonomous engineering colleges will hold some ratio ~30% for entry through JEE Mains. The other 70% will be filled through MHT-CET candidates.
Since VIT is an autonomous institute, the seats there are filled only by CET
