According to the eligiblity criteria to appear for MHT CET exam, Candidates  are required to have passed HSC/equivalent exam with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with any one of the subjects – Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical/ Vocational subjects.

Candidates should have secured a minimum of 50 % marks

yes of course you can appear for MHT CET.

there are total three attempts in MHT CET.

If you have your 12th board marks sheet and migration certificate.then you can apply with your previous year board.

else you can request your zonal Board Office for duplicate migration.

do I did not exactly understand what you wanted to know but as far as I can make out your asking that if you do not have a bank account of your own whether you could use your brother's bank account details to make the payment of the online fees
