is there is penulty if we get seat in bams government college in last mop up round in maharashtra neet ug councelling and if we fails to report that college then there will be penulty for it is we have to pay 3 lakhs for Laplace of medical seat?

Sharon Rose Student Expert 7th Feb, 2022

Hello,

As per the information available in the Information Brochure of Maharashtra NEET UG 2021 Counselling you should pay Rs. 3,00,000 as penalty if you have cancel the seat allotted for AYUSH course after the cut off date. You do not have to pay penalty if you have fail to report at the allotted institute in Mop up round. If you do not report or cancel the seat allotted in CAP rounds including Mop up round then it indicates that you are not interested to seek admission through CAP Counselling hence you will not be considered for seat allotment in further rounds, if any. Penalty is only imposed if you cancel the seat after the cut off date specified. The last date to cancel the seat will be announced soon so please keep an eye on official website and check the announcements from time to time so that you will be updated regarding the counselling. Moumoyee Chakraborty 15th Jan, 2022

Dear applicant based on the past few years cut-off trends if you check the Maharashtra State cut offs, for Government colleges (both MBBS and BDS) OBC students need to score above 500, so with your 468 score, chances of getting Private Institutions is much more and government colleges is quite less. Though it is just an assumption based on past few years cut-off, you can use our NEET UG college predictor to predict the best possible colleges based on your merit rank

plz answer me.. what is the expected cutoff in Maharashtra neet 2021 for SC category.. is there any chance of 465 marks to get college ??

Anurag Khanna 30th Nov, 2021

Hello Aspirant,

See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year but yes we can provide you the list of colleges that you can get based on previous years cut-off data.

So according to the data, on such marks and category you have some chances of getting some medical colleges in Maharashtra under state quota according to previous year's cut-off.

As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you have chances in following colleges :-

Government Medical College and Hospital, Jalgaon

Government Medical College, Akola

Government Medical College, Chandrapur

And some more. You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-

NEET 2021 cutoff Maharashtra - Check college and category-wise cutoff (careers360.com)

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor because it will make you comfortable while choice filling in counselling :-
