Maharashtra conducts it's MBBS/BDS counselling in three rounds which includes a mop-up round for which the publication of selection list was announced on 21st December only.
The counselling for BAMS (AYUSH) is not inetrlinked with the counselling for MBBS/BDS hence I do not think it will ne a problem

It was conducted to fill the vacant seats for MBBS/BDS programmes in deemed and central universities. All MBBS candidates who had not been allotted a seat or those who exited from NEET 2020 counselling were eligible to appear in the mop - up round .
