According to last year trend NIT Jaipur Civil brach Cutoff rank for Home state quota is 9703 in OBC NCL.

& Mechanical Cutoff Rank is 10244 in OBC NCL.

so Your rank is approx Double than That..So there is very slim chance To get in to Both field..

Both of these colleges are not good for MBA. It is advisable to get admission in tier 1 or tier 2 MBA colleges. These two colleges do not fall under top two tier colleges. Both of these colleges do not have good placement records. These are tier 3 colleges.
