It is better to join iiit for everyone in terms of placement because it is one of the top colleges of India and the other thing is that it's placement record is very good.so I think that you have to go for iiit.

As you got MNIT and you chose Float, you'll be considered for next round of allotments for your higher options. So, if you have given CS at Warangal or Trichy as a higher option than what you've got now, you can get upgraded for that, depending on the availability of seat.

Yes students will be transferred to the original campus in kota. And the construction will be completed in the end of this year. However you need not to worry about that since distance between kota and jaipur is very less.

Most of the IIITs are executed in NITs. But the construction of their (IIIT) building is going on. If building will be ready then IIITs are shifted on their respective buildings.
