Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur
Dear student,
I would like you to know that both the branches i.e. Electronics or cs are good. MNIT is a very good college with a good reputation. I just want to suggest you is to go for the branch you are interested in i.e. cs or electronics.
All the best.
Hello,
I think when you were asking this question somehow you were assuming that MNIT is better due to the fact that it is an NIT and that too a good one. So let me tell you how to measure a college.
Here are some of the key points which in my opinion matters a lot while comparing any institute.
So IMHO you should seriously consider LNMIIT over MNIT. But again it is your career, choose whatever feels best for you.
Hii Vaishnav.Hope you are doing good. Can you please say your category and category rank if applicable. So that I could answer you more precisely
Hi Ayush,
If you are Diploma qualified student, you can take admission in MNIT Jaipur in second year i.e B.Tech(Lateral Entry).Your percentage in Diploma must be above 80%.
Thank you and best of luck.
If you're talking about after first year, then probably not unless someone drops out of the college or chooses a lower branch from a higher branch. But there are high chances in changing branches in the spot round which is conducted one month after your first year session begins.
Not just MNIT, I don't think any of the NITs have much flexibility in changing branches.
Hi Priya
MNIT Jaipur is a government institute while NDIM is a private institute. As per Careers360 ratings, MNIT Jaipur has got AAA+ rating which means GOOD. You can compare the two institutes using Careers360’s College Compare tool. The tool will compare the two colleges on different parameters such as course fee, approvals & accreditations, infrastructure, etc. Here is the link to the tool -
