Your question whether they come regularly or not; generally these companies visit atleast all old IIMs including IIM Shillong but what role they are offering varies every year depending on the economy

NIA only accept CAT & CMAT exams. The CAT & CMAT cut off of 2022 for NIA is around 75-82 & 90-95 percentile. The cut off doesn't insure your admission. They also check your 10th, 12th grad marks, work experience (if any). GD/PI & WAT also plays and important role
