Your query is missing highly important information required for it to be resolved properly. You haven't mentioned the exam you are appearing for. But still, you won't have to correct your form if your marks were not announced at the time of filling. They might ask for it in a different way altogether like a separate registration section. No there's no management qouta provided in Shri ram college of commerce Global business operations post graduate courses.
The admissions in the college for PG courses is purely done on the basis of online examination, group discussion and personal interview.
You won't be able to avail management qouta seat in  college for any of the courses.

Using the equation of continuity, we can solve this problem

                                              A1*V1=A2*V2

A= Area of the pipe; Πr2

V= Velocity of water

x= rate of flow in a reduced radius

Applying the equation,

                πr 12  * V1= πr22 *V2

So,            64*2 = 16*X

                 64*2/16=X

                  X= 8m/s.

             The basic documents required at the time of counselling are your identity proof, your caste certificate is any,  you result card and admit card (in some cases) of the enterance exam, your 10+2 certificates etc.

     Documents like Transfer certificate and migration certificate as per my experience are to be submitted at the time of admission in the college alloted.
