The morning horses started as generally 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 4:00 p.m. whereas the evening colleges started from approx 3 p.m. to 7 or 8 pm.

There is no any difference which may effect your study everything is same

Yes you can register again for the round 2 counselling if you haven't registered for round 1.

The basic counselling fees are 650₹ for UR and OBC and 500₹ for SC/ST.

You need to pay the counselling fees and then be eligible for second round of state counselling.

Well, you can not take admission now, through the 1st Management Quota counselling. It has been over. The counselling was yesterday i.e. on 11th August. The result of which is to be publish yet.

It is illegal to get admission in college through donation, but you can get admission through management quota legally. Most of the private colleges allows 50% of reservation for State government Quota students in low fees through entrance exams and also allows students to join via management
