The fees structure varies college to college and depends on the course as well- MBA/PGDM, duration of the course and other factors. Based on caste category the fees is rarely decided. It can be possible in few bschools but mostly has the same fees structure for all.

See as you said that only 20 days are left for CAT exam so in this time don't start any new topic or syllabus. You need to brush up all you basics. You need to make sure that you have a strong hold on all the basics.

MAT does consider past academic records but not on that strict basis like IIMs. The selection criteria may vary college to college. Even if you have average academic scores then also you shall be shortlisted based on performance in other selection rounds.
