Dear student, indeed separate rank list are released for Delhi students who have domicile in Delhi. Admission to the local colleges are based on the cutoff released under state quota. For students residing outside Delhi, they must secure seat under all India quota list released for the colleges of Delhi.
Hello aspirant, in neet 2019 , the lowest cut off was for the physically handicapped candidates of the reserved categories, which was 107. Since you got 106, I'm sorry but you can not apply for the management quota in Nay college. Since 2016, the government of India has made it compulsory for students to clear the Neet cut off for medical seats through the management quota in India or a mbbs seat abroad.
Hii Aspirant
This score is too low to get admitted into any of the colleges including private colleges i would rather suggest you to study well and give NEET again next year
Hope the details were helpful
For further more details about NEET,please do refer the link given below:

Thank You
Hey Apeksha,
With 212 you won't get any college through AIQ counseling. If you want a seat you can apply for the state counseling but even there it's pretty difficult because WB keeps a high cut off trend every year and this year it's expected to rise as well.
The last option you're left with is management seats. For that you have to go to the private college physically and talk to them. This will charge you a lot approx 40 lakhs + initially. They might give you a seat.
I hope this helps, good luck!
