You can use databases like Google Scholar, Scopus, Ebsco etc. and do a thorough literature review. Identify the gaps and future works that can be done on employee performance. once you found a research gap, then you can use previous scales/questionnaires of renowned authors for your model or create a survey if you are developing something new and get it verified by a few researchers and industry experts- that each of the item you have considered for employee performance is relevant or not. Then get the questionnaire filled and test your hypothesis.

in your case, i would suggest you that you talk with the official of the respective olleges as no one revelas the rate of management quota, so you can get admission in kolkata through management but only the officials there can tell you how.

Admission into both government and private medical colleges require marks in NEET 2019. If you get relatively lower marks(for example, below 430) you can opt for government quota in private medical college. If you have got still lower marks, you should opt for management quota in private medical college.

Yes, the same OBC certificate works for both job and colleges. However, it only claims that you belong to a backward class. Which class gets what benefit is decided by the government or the institute/university. 

Also, there are two types of OBC certificates -central and state. If you want a job in central government, you will need the central certificate, else state certificate.

BMS is a professional course while buisiness economics formarly BBE is an academic course. U can expect to get a bit more professional exposure in the former one. You will get more exposure to the corporate world of management in BMS. But there will me no depth in the subjects. So if you are interested in economics and want to gain a greater knowledge about the subject then you should go for BBE  . But going into the management field and corporate sectors BMS is more preferred. Hope this helps
