IIM's have 3% of its seat reserved for a Differently abled person, and the percentile cutoff depends on the number of students through that DAP quota

But on a rough idea the cutoffs of the top IIMs for DAP last year were some were about 60-65 percentile

every colleges has some reservation seat for non local candidates. in government colleges 15% of seats fills by all India rank. in private colleges it has also has some reservation policy for non local candidates.
