For getting through management quota in private medical colleges you need not to be wait for neet counselling. You can directly apply for mbbs seat under your category in the college which you have selected based on your NEET score. Before applying refer the cutoff for your category

IIM's have 3% of its seat reserved for a Differently abled person, and the percentile cutoff depends on the number of students through that DAP quota
But on a rough idea the cutoffs of the top IIMs for DAP last year were some were about 60-65 percentile
