See as per your Marks-190 it is difficult to get a Government Medical Seat even if you have a state quota and another quota if applicable. You should have maintained a score above 550 to be on the safer side.

Since you haven't mentioned your category I am assuming it to be General category. Based on this and your rank it is highly unlikely for you to get a seat in a government quota. However you can get a seat in management quota. However the fees for management

Well for private colleges with management quota, the fee structure is very high and hence that quota is less preferred. Due to less preference the cut off of this quota goes low and hence admission becomes easy through management quota in any private medical colleges.
