NEET is conducted by National Testing Agency every year in first sunday of May. The eligibility Criterias are as given below

1. 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subject in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board.
2. Minimum age should be17 years as on December 31 of that year.
3. Maximum age limit should be 25 years of age or more for unreserved category candidates and 30 years of age for reserved and PwD category candidates.
4. Should have nationality of Indian Nationals, NRIs, OCIs, PIOs & Foreign Nationals.

The minimum qualifying scores in NEET are
for Generals 50 percentile and for others it is 40 percentile.

The Management quota varies from 20 lakh to 1.3 crore depending upon the college. The Hostel fees are also vary from college to college. To get the accurate information give details of your desired colleges.

So, for Computer science and engineering, for 4 years studying in management seat depends on the college that you opt for. But, generally the management seat will have donations which starts from 1lakh which may go upto 25 lakh often in some colleges such as PSG, Coimbatore. Also, the normal tution fee has to be paid including this extra fee.

Their are alot of factors affecting the choice you have to make -
1. Fee structure
    Usually the govt colleges have lesser fees in
    comparison to the private colleges.
2. Loaction
    Govt and private colleges both are located in every city
    near or far away from home place.
3. Faculty
    Both govt and private colleges provide their best faculty
    for the management cources.
4. Placements
    Colleges having a good repuation and name irrespective
    of govt or private college provide good placement

Keeping all these things in mind one should make a decision.
If paying high fees is not a problem for you then you should take admission in private college.

If you are applying for management quota in WB Colleges then your NEET marks are not considered
Admission through management quota is avialable in most of the colleges. It all depends on the amount you are willing to pay and the amount that the college is asking. Every college asks for different amount which also varies according to the cource.
The fees of the college is additional which you have to pay.

The placement for Computer science engineering at ITM is not that good. You can expect a highest package of 3.5-4 lakhs. The placement package can be as low as 1.5 lakhs.
