This was the first cut off of Guru Gobind Singh University from last year. There were six cutt offs released from the University.

Coming to your question pes institute of technology Bangalore is not affiliated to any university that is VTU now ,it is now an autonomous University which gives you the degree of B-TECH not BE.

              Congratulations on your TANCET score. According to the previous year counselling results and predicted current year cut-off for Anna university is 64.33 for general category. Thus it is difficult for you to get a seat in Anna University. You can try St.Josephs college of Engineering, Easwari Engineering college etc. 

As you said you have got the results of your bmm exam , so from the website where you have given the exam, they must have provided the download button to download your marksheet . If they haven't provided that then there must be an export option , click on it and a new window will pop up , do right click and select save as and now you have downloaded your marksheet . Now you can upload it anywhere .
