My cutoff for tnea is 121, my caste is BC. Do I have a chance at ssn, panimalar clgs if I apply for management quota?

With a score of 121, in BC category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the SSN college of engineering or panimalar college of engineering. These colleges are ranked among the top ones that are affiliated to Anna university. So, through TNEA, there are no possibilities. But, by management quota, you do have a chance. Yet, these institutes cost a lot comparing to the ones who enter through TNEA. Above all, I guess it's too late for the management quota, as it would have been filled as earlier when the results were out.
