Well dear getting BDS with a score of 175 is a bit difficult.But,Yes If you can afford you can go for mangement quota the concerned university will tell you If they take admissions through management quota or not.

As per your requirement, i would say that to get admission in semi government medical college you need to have domicile of Maharashtra and apply for statr counseling.
