Actually there is no management quota in JNTUH. There are only two ways to join
1.convenor quota/counseling
2.NRI quota
However there are sponsered seats and the fee structure is enclosed here with opt for a private college affiliated to JNTU

Yes you can get seat under management quota in any private college but it's fee is not going to be less. It's around 40 lakhs per year and it's a huge amount ,try avoiding this if you can and try to qualify neet with good rank next year.
You have less chances of getting a government collage but you may get into a deemed university/college with higher fee margins(18lakh+ pa) and that too in the final mop up round (manual round) if at all you get. You need to fill your choices carefully and keep a close watch

Well if any SC student score around 150 then getting a seat in government medical colleges is not possible at such marks because it is very low.
Private ones can be an option and that too with management quota seats because through that students take less admission and
