It's very difficult to get into top B-School with this percentile even though you are NC-OBC.
I would suggest you to give other entrance exam like CMAT, mat , mah CET and try for it, else prepare well for next year and get in top b school.

Yes, as you have passed 12th you can apply for IPM-IIM Indore by clearing their entrance test IPMAT. Since it is an integrated course, you'll have to complete the entire 5-year course and cannot shift after your 3-year course.
