You are not eligible for further counselling.
If you alloted any seat in round 1 then you have to report and then you can choose for further counselling.
If you did not respond or cancell your seat then you will not be eligible for further counselling.
So wait
124 is a low score and chances in the state counseling are remote. But, if there is a mop up round, she may have a slight chance. For that you need to wait for the couselling to be over and if seats are remaining Mop Up rounds would be conducted.
