• But Welingkar has 14 rank while rank of great lakes is unknown

• Welingkar has 180 seats while gurgaon has only 60 seats.

If we are talking about the Engineering sector then yes you can surely change your college in 2nd year but you will get admission in 1st year only in other college. Although some college do ive admissions in 2nd year directly, But you have to cover all the subjects
