Hello
Management Development Institute, Murshidabad offers admission on the basis of marks in the CAT exam. Academic performance, work experience (if any) is also considered for shortlisting the candidates. However, you 80+ percentile should be the safe score.
Good Luck!
Hi Das Arpita,
Thanks for A2A.
In general the percentile cutoff for MDI Gurgaon BM program is around 95 percentile and for HR program it is around 94 percentile. Students with 94.93 percentile have also been a part of the BM program in the past years.
Post receiving the CAT scores, MDI shall invite a couple of candidates who are shortlisted for the GD PI round which shall happen around february or march. MDI also has sectional cutoffs which are generally 85 percentile or 90 percentile in each section. So if you have a percentile above 90 in all 3 sections and overall above 96 percentile, you have a very high chance of getting a shortlist. So start preparing for GDPI
All the best
Hey!
Considering your Academic Profile, you have chances of getting Call from MDI’s HR section. And, have extremely low chances in getting call for the normal MBA program in MDI. You have chances from IMT Ghaziabad, new IIMs for sure. But, not from IIT Bombay. And, even for DMS in IIT, Delhi, you need at least 96 to 97 percentile. Best wishes!
