Hi, Harsh.
This will be a personal opinion based answer so feel free to not pay any heed to it and keep your search going.
All the 4 colleges that you have named are average Engineering colleges with almost the same pros and cons shared amongst them. The question then becomes how to choose one to be better than the rest?
- Look at your travel convenience
- Look at the college placements
- Look at infrastructure
going in that direction I'd not suggest Ambalika Institute as very little information about it is available online which is always a dangerous sign.
the best reviews and ratings that go to IIMT, and ITS (ITS is rated NAAC 'B', these ratings are always average for colleges that lack good student bodies, internships and overall semester results)
but they both have really average placement opportunities and okay-ish faculty.
As for IILM, it is the most balanced college for the bunch- everything here is above average (3-5 lacs/annum avg. placement package for CSE students) and a decent infrastructure.
All 4 of them lack in
- internship opportunities
- have weak overall avg. semester results
- availability of great faculty
Still, if I had to choose then I'd choose between IILM and IIMT.
The decision, though, is yours to make. best of luck

You haven't mentioned your category, presuming you as general as per previous year data chances seem tough for you to secure a GMC seat under management quota, as the cut-offs has been around 556 marks, and further taking into consideration that there are higher possibility of cut-offs increasing this year make it tough in your case, you may have chances for government seats in private colleges such as

According to me, every college has a different set for charging a fees so, some charge semester wise and some charge yearly but usually college take management quota fees in the starting it does not divide or categories by college as a normal one so chances are high that they will ask for fees in the starting of studying period.
Thank you!
Hii there,
Dear candidate, the RRGI, Lucknow was awarded with "Campus Preparedness Award 2015" and "ECONS Education Excellence Award 2015" and many more. Total fees is also less, around 1.50 lacs.
For RRMIT, it is a private college in Uttar pradesh with fees of 1.54 lacs.
The fees for MBA in Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute Of Management and devopment Studies is also around 1.57 lacs.
