Even if you are willing to go by management quota you need to score the minimum marks and register and attend counselling as well. During choice entry and selection of college process, you must enter your preferred college and management quota. There is something called as stray vacancy counselling. This is done for students who don't get alloted any seat after round 3 of seat allocation. Fees for management quota is very high. Contact your preferred college for more details about their management quota.

Hello. Sorry to say but Osmania university has no Management quota. It's a state university so its selection is strictly based on merit through some entrance exams such as:- Aptitude test,  Eamcet, Lawcet, Oucet, Pecet for UG and PG admissions.

Firstly, you will have to check and confirm with the authorities whether they provide management quota admission or not. If they do, you must ask them the seats available and further eligibility. The criteria differs from college to college so it would not be right to comment any figure. Moreover the management quota fees too is something decided by college authorities. you can easily apply to get into any private medical college in india but however we recommend you to take admission in private medical colleges of karnataka or maharashtra as the fee is quite less there around 6-7 lakes per annum and also they provide with all the latest equipments and facilities required during mbbs course.

Also maharashtra and karnataka have maximum no. Of private colleges in the country so you have more and better options to chose from.
