In Manipal University, you may not be able to get any of the main branches-CSE,Mech,ECE,EE etc. Though in second counseling, there is a bleak chances of getting IT,EIE.

1. Freeship - In this scholarship there is no tuition fee. But hostel fee needs to be paid. To get this scholarship a student needs to score within 1000 rank in MU-OET. Tuition fee waiver

yes you can apply agan in 2018 for mu oet but you have to re follow all the procedure for the same.so kindly do follow. all the best have agreat future ahead.
