The cutoff for ECE generally lies around your rank. So you have a good chance of getting it. If not, you can always change your branch after one year if you perfrom well in your semesters.

If you've got above 50% in your board examination and also cracked entrance exams so in that case you'll definitely get admission in manipal institute of technology ,and in case if you,ve not clear entrance so there are less chance to got selected because the cut off is really tough to beat.

Admissions in Manipal Institute are done on the basis of Manipal Entrance Exam (MET) 2018.Candidates have to qualify the exam to take admission.You can get syllabus and other details from iys website (www.admissions.manipal.edu).
