you are eligible for CDS exam 2020. For Officers' Training Academy courses, candidates must be born not earlier than January 2, 1996 and not later than January 1, 2002. Since you are born in march you are eligible for OTA.

As this was your improvement exam this year you have already passed the subjects in the last year and passed in them. As you failed in two subjects your last year marks would be considered for those two subjects. There is no compartment exam for improvement exams.

No, you are not eligible for AFCAT.The eligibility criteria for AFCAT requires a candidate to must be 20 to 24 years as on January 1, 2021 and maximum age should not exceed 26.
